1. Processing of Refunds

- Refunds are processed back onto the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Don't forget to add in extra time your bank or credit card may need to process the refund.

2. Refund Amounts

   - The refund amount is for complete payment of the returned item(s). We will also cover return shipping if it is due to a defect or error in shipping on our part.

- If you paid using a discount or promo code, your reimbursement will be less whatever discounted rate you were charged for purchase.

3. Items Not Accepted for Return

Clearance/sale or personal items are not returnable. Even items returned in used/damaged condition do not qualify for full reimbursement.
