Return & Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for Return

- Most of our products can be returned within 30 days after their delivery date. Products must not be used with any damages. The packaging of products should still be in its original condition.

-Some articles-for customized or personalized order, among others-cannot be accepted back for return.

 

2. Returning Article

Request for Return initiates contact with the Support Team through e-mail at support@moderntusk.com for order and return reasons.

Return - We will give you information on how to go about returning your items. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless an error has occurred in shipping or if the products have defects.

 

3. Exchanges

We don't have an option to exchange directly. If you would like to exchange an item, you could return the original item and have a refund, then place a new order for the item you desire.

 

4. Return Item Condition

- Any returned items should be in the same conditions as sold, that is; new and unused, and reasonably packaged so that the product does not get damaged in the course of transit. Modern Tusk is allowed to decline returns if they are not in required conditions.
