1. Order Processing

- Orders usually process within 1-3 business days. Orders will take a little longer to process during holidays or other high-traffic seasons.

- You will get an email with tracking details after your order has been processed.

2. Shipping Costs and Transit Time

 - Free standard shipping is available for orders above $80. Below $80, shipping costs are calculated during checkout depending on the delivery address.

  Standard shipment takes about 7-10 business days. Expedited services can be opted at an added cost.

- Modern Tusk is not responsible for delayed shipping when caused by unexpected events like weather events or carrier disruptions.

3. International Shipping

To date, we ship only to Canada. International shipping will be rolled out soon.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

- If your product is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence of damage. We'll work with the courier and send a replacement if necessary.
